hello

Rome has been a rollercoaster ride for the past couple of days for me! Very tiring but yet exciting as well. It hasn’t really clued in yet that I’m actually here, but I’m still enjoying it. For the first day we went to Navona and it was so neat! There was a bunch of street performers and a lot of talent being shown. Like some were, guitar playing, singing, miming, painting, and a lot of people trying to sell toys, purses and such to you. We went to this little Italian place for supper, I didn’t really like it but that’s probably because im really picky. We had lasagne as a main course, following a plate of salad and some kinda cake thingy as a desert. The second day in Rome, we went to the coliseum, which was BEAUTIFUL! If you want a really good work out go there! My legs were burning by the time we got to the top, which is kinda insane since basketball season just ended lol. We had a tour and that was it, then we went to Vatican. The art was mind blowing and the ceilings really fascinated me. AND YOU KNOW WHAT SUCKS THE MOST!? I FORGOT MY CAMERA L which I didn’t like at all, I was very angry. There’s so much we have done already it’s hard to remember, but i’m sure someone else will write about something I forgot too. OH and I found a McDonalds and it was sooooooo YUMMY, first meal I’ve liked here so far. I miss my nanny’s cooking though and my family OH and especially my bed OH and loosy my teddy. I’m excited to get back home.  Well let’s see what today brings!  - Sydney.
